2026-Mar. Spotlight: Patrick Palmer

Introducing Patrick Emile Palmer. Mr. Patrick Palmer did his elementary schooling at the St. Joseph's Convent Elementary school and the Interim Municipal School, currently known as the Regent Square Municipal School. He commenced his Secondary School education at the CMS / Sierra Leone Grammar School in 1960; which he completed in 1967.
