2026-May. Spotlight: James Taylor

Introducing James Taylor. James Taylor is a graduate of the Sierra Leone Grammar School. Mr. Taylor holds a dual master's degree from People's Friendship University of Russia in Mining Engineering, and a second master's from Johns Hopkins University in Environmental Engineering. Furthermore, Mr. Taylor served in the US Navy Reserves as an Officer in the Civil Engineering Corps and retired as a Commander(O5). Mr. Taylor is a licensed Engineer and holds Project Management Pro
